SWIM EXERCISE: 9:20 – 10:20 Monday – Saturday

A large group of ladies and men exercise in our outdoor pool six days a week. Workouts to music continues to be a health benefit for many residents including noodle workouts 3 days a week after our regular routine. This is a large group so get there early!
