Community of the Year!

Welcome Home!

What a way to start the new year! I recently had the pleasure of attending a Community Association Institute (CAI) breakfast with our board members to accept a “Community of the Year” award for our region. We were one of only three communities recognized, so when one considers the number of co-op and condo communities with which we compete, this is an attractive feather in the Americana Cove cap! Our region covers the geographic area of Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties, with a total population of nearly 2.5 million people.

We were recognized for efficient management of our major infrastructure upgrades, quality of amenities, financial stability, and vendor/residential testimonials.
