LAND EXERCISE/WALK OFF THE POUNDS

Land exercise is Monday thru Friday.  Start with a toning class in the clubhouse.  Then do a 3 mile workout.  We use stretch bands and weights.

There is usually class on Saturday. These classes are for both men and women and we meet year round.

They are fun, free and we love to see new faces. Exercise is important for physical fitness because it provides strength for our muscles, heart, lungs, brain and our mind just to name a few.
