From Waseca, Minnesota. Moved to Americana Cove in 2019. Worked for the Waseca Public Schools. Elected to the Waseca City Council. Served on many community boards. Volunteered in Church Leadership and civic duties. Financial advisor and business owner.

From Gloucester, MA. Moved to Americana Cove in 2012. BSME, MBA, Director – Semiconductor Equipment & X-Ray Security Equipment Industries.

Linda Howe – Secretary
Born overseas to a military family, moving frequently. St. Petersburg became my permanent home in teen years. USMC Veteran of 15 years. Retired Engineering Technician for Department of Navy. Retired – RV park owner. Moved to American Cove in 2020.

From Milford, Connecticut. Purchased in Americana Cove in 2016. Retired Senior Chief Petty Officer USN 2001. Retired from Intel Corporation in 2020. Master of Business Administration with Emphasis in Supply Chain Management – Arizona State University, 2004. Bachelor of Arts – Business/Computer Information Systems, Saint Leo University, 2001. Board Member 2015 -2019 – Village of San Marcos Homeowners Association in Chandler, Arizona.

From Rhode Island. Patrol Sergeant-New Shoreham, RI. Owner of First Choice Alarm Service, Inc. Detective-City of Cranston, RI.

Scott Peacock – Board Director
A native of Maine where he was a business owner/sales. Moved to Americana Cove from Las Vegas in 2020.

Brien Gibney – Board Director
I bought my home here in 2018 as a place to retire and moved down permanently in January of 2022. I was born in Edmonton, Alberta Canada and our family moved down to California in 1967 where I finished grade and high school and my first year of University. I moved back to Canada to finish my Bachelor’s Degree (so much cheaper) and worked for a few years. From there I joined the US Navy and finished a 20+ year career in 2008. During that time, I finished my Master’s Degree in Emergency Management and Disaster Preparedness. After retiring from the Navy, I worked for the Federal Government at the Office of Personnel Management as an Emergency Management Specialist and retired from there at the end of 2021.
