Vita Blough, Community Association Manager vita.blough@americanacove.com From growing up in Vilnius, Lithuania, to studying in Tallinn, Estonia, and eventually moving to the United States for further education. I had the opportunity to explore the US and work as a student, which eventually led me to meet my husband, while working at Renaissance Vinoy – Marriott.
After finishing my studies, I worked as an event manager at Marriott Waterstreet until the birth of my children. I took some time off to be a stay-at-home mom until 2015 when I joined FirstService Residential. Starting as a Social Director, I later became an Assistant Manager at Bay Island Condominiums. After obtaining my CAM License, I progressed to become a Portfolio Manager.
My dream job was to manage a lifestyle community, and I was fortunate to be offered a position at Americana Cove. I thoroughly enjoy the vibrant community spirit here, connecting with owners, addressing concerns, and having the opportunity to make a positive impact.
Chrissy Brush, Administrative Assistant maroa@americanacove.com Works alongside the manager as her administrative assistant. She is a full-time employee and is cross-trained and knows all tasks in the business office. Chrissy is extremely important for keeping the ship sailing smoothly.
Tracye Curran, Administrative Assistant Tracye@americanacove.com Tracye is a part-time employee as the office receptionist and fire brigade reserve support. Tracye possesses a CAM licenseand is knowledgeable about Cove legal and administrative issues.
Patricia (Trish) Kokotek, Administrative Assistant patricia.kokotek@americanacove.com Trish is the face in the window as residents come in. She has years of customer service experience, which she utilizes with anyone who comes into the office. “I feel very privileged to work with Vita, Chrissy, and Tracye, and hope to absorb all their knowledge and experience.”
